Anthem Negotiations

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield will continue to recognize St. Clare Medical Center as in-network until the contracts expire Sept. 1, 2009. We are working closely with Anthem to reach a new long-term agreement.

St. Clare-Athens Join Forces
In an effort to further enhance the high-quality healthcare services and convenience provided to patients in the Montgomery-county area, St. Clare Medical Center and the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services have acquired Athens Medical Group, a team of 16 highly skilled physicians and 128 staff members, which includes five Nurse Practitioners.
