The In the Spotlight Awards recognize staff from across our region.  This includes the staff of Greater Lafayette Health Services.

The Take a Bow! award celebrates leaders who provide outstanding job performance by exemplifying the SSFHS values, demonstrating excellence in leadership competencies, and “managing up” by fostering a positive optimistic atmosphere in the most difficult times.

The People's Choice awards celebrates employees who consistently provide outstanding service, by demonstrating the Franciscan values in their job performance, productivity, attitude, customer service, dependability, and teamwork initiatives.
